The Iowa Masonic Library is continuing to grow in the number
of volumes. This growth comes from a small number of purchases as well as donations of printed materials that are revelant to the collections. Researchers that visit the Library often present a signed copy of their published work adding to the collection. A list of those new acquisitions has been compiled and can be seen if you click here.

We have received numerous inquiries about the Iowa Masonic Library and the record flooding in Cedar Rapids. We appreciate those concerns. The good news is that the Iowa Masonic Library is on high ground. There have been no problems with water infiltration into the building. Our concerns are with local lodges and the brothers that either are or have been affected by flooding in their communities. Please inform this office of lodges and brothers affected by the many natural disasters that have occurred in recent weeks. Thanks again for your concern.

Fraternally and sincerely,
WILLIAM R. CRAWFORD
Grand Secretary
